Dear Marvel: Bring Back the Hulk

With Marvel announcing a slew of upcoming films today, I started thinking " You know who I think would be good solo? Spider-Man because he's the best and has interesting characters and cool powers" but then I realized that Sony still has him and got sad, then I realized I could totally talk about the Hulk and how now is the perfect time to give him a solo film.

At first glance, Hulk looks a pretty one dimensional character; he smashes stuff and rages...not exactly the ingredients for a captivating film, but upon further inspection you can see that he is actually a pretty complex character with a good supporting cast and a wide range of villains that can actually challenge him. When I saw "Avengers" in theaters, it was very clear to me that Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner was a hit with the audience, he brought a level of intrigue to the character that other actors failed to capture so why not build on that? I actually have a rough idea on the kind of film I think would do pretty well and it involves She Hulk and General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross. Marvel has already established that Ross hates Banner (during the events of The Incredible Hulk film), so we go from there and have him watching/follow the Hulk behind the scenes. He sees how destructive his behavior is ( like the battle of New York, the Incredible Hulk film and from random events that occurred between Banner hiding after Avengers and whenever the film occurs) and convinces the government to make him into a Hulk, only he would be able to retain his intellect and be the perfect soldier to take the Banner Hulk out. Ross gets dosed and becomes the Red Hulk and goes after Banner Hulk ( im gonna just say green hulk) and during the pursuit/battle they end up damaging a part of a town that has Jennifer Walters in it. Ross leaves because he doesn't want the media to know he exists yet and Bruce takes Jen to the hospital where he has to give her an immediate blood transplant or she will die(this way we can introduce She Hulk in either this film, a solo or in another team film). Banner would be trying to figure out who the Red Hulk is while Ross is trying to work out a strategy to defeat Green Hulk, adding a bit of mystery to the film would help showcase Bruce's brains once again. Maybe Bruce enlists the help of Stark to come up with a solution or something but the point is I believe the Hulk could be used as a way to introduce more characters while also expanding his character because as of right now, he's just an angry guy who punches things hard..also I really want to see She Hulk in a film.

A She Hulk/ Ms Marvel team up film? Would watch

Well I am sure a script writer could come up with a better script but I think since Marvel going hard with the releases, why not give the green guy some love? It could be a great opportunity to capitalize on Mark Ruffalo's popularity with the fans and also introduce people like Red Hulk, She Hulk, Doc Samson, Leader, etc... to the MCU. Also it could lead to World War Hulk...maybe...idk...anyways what are your thoughts?
